Odyssea Villas features two distinct properties: Odyssea House, with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, pool and Odyssea Oasis “the Playhouse,” a one-bedroom villa with 1 bathroom, jaccuzi, rooftop entertainment, and an outdoor kitchen.
What is the maximum occupancy for each villa?
Odyssea House accommodates up to 4 guests, while Odyssea Oasis is suitable for 2 guests. Additionally, Odyssea Oasis includes a sofa bed that can sleep two small children or one adult, expanding its guest capacity.
Is it possible to book the villas separately?
Absolutely. Depending on seasonal availability, guests are welcome to reserve Odyssea House or Odyssea Oasis individually to suit their needs. Alternatively, for those requiring additional space or privacy, combining both villas is an excellent option, offering an expansive and secluded retreat for larger gatherings.
Booking and Pricing
How is pricing determined for a stay at Odyssea Villas?
Pricing is based on the number of bedrooms used and the season, with a 10% Government Tax & 10% Service Fee added to the nightly rate. We offer customized rates for utilizing all 3 bedrooms and both kitchens, with potential discounts for fewer guests or bedroom usage.
Is cleaning included in the price?
Yes, cleaning services are included twice per week to ensure your comfort and convenience during your stay.

What amenities are available at Odyssea Villas?
Both villas boast fully equipped kitchens, air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, outdoor dining and seating areas, a pool (Odyssea House), and a rooftop entertainment area with a jacuzzi and fire pit (Odyssea Oasis), among other amenities.
Is there a concierge service available?
Yes, our comprehensive concierge service is ready to assist with arrangements like private chefs, transportation, spa services, and booking activities or tours.
Accessibility and Location
How accessible are the villas for guests with mobility issues?
Odyssea House is suitable for guests with mobility issues, offering direct access to the bedroom from the upper level without the need to navigate interior stairs. Odyssea Oasis, however, has a few short stairs leading to the entrance, which may pose difficulties for some guests.
How close is the nearest beach?
The nearest beach is approximately a 3-minute drive from the estate, offering easy access to Tortola’s stunning coastline.

Is there designated parking for guests?
Yes, there are distinct parking areas for guests of Odyssea House and Odyssea Oasis, with a shared main driveway as illustrated in our pictures, ensuring convenient access for all guests.

We have a strict cancellation policy; full refunds are given up to 48 hours after booking. We strongly advise guests to obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may affect their travel plans.
